La comunicación global se revolucionó con la web y la acercó a cualquier usuario con ganas de trabajarla, a un coste económico irrisorio. Sin embargo hoy no basta solo con publicar un artículo y esperar a recibir visitantes, la cantidad de recursos y opciones hace que la competencia sea muy grande y un contenido de calidad puede caer en el olvido. Se marcan las estrategias y recursos para convertir la World Wide Web en la plataforma para Comunicar con las técnicas SEO de Compartir usando las redes sociales y Comentar usando blogs, videoblogs, foros, wikis, agregadores sociales de noticias... con el objetivo de conseguir crear COMUNIDAD y que el proyecto de comunicación en la web crezca rápidamente.
