Evolución del Crecimiento Económico en Latinoamérica • Es probable una mayor
debilidad en mercados de commodities, muy relacionada a la fuerte caída del crecimiento de CHINA.
• Aumenta el riesgo financiero, siguiendo un largo período de fuerte entrada de capitales y crecimiento del crédito regional y bajas tasas de interés a nivel regional y mundial.
• Crecimiento de los Estados Unidos, mueve a un fortalecimiento del dólar contra las monedas latinoamericanas.

• Los precios de las materias primas en Latinoamérica y los ingresos derivados de éstas financian una fracción significativa de los presupuestos públicos y de las facturas de importación de la región.
• Precio del petróleo cayendo 50 por ciento en 6 meses y el de otras materias primas acelerando una caída que ya había comenzado antes

China
• Desde le comienzo de las reformas de mercado en China en 1978, China se
ha movido desde un mercado centralmente planificado a una economía
basada en el mercado, experimentrando un fuerte crecimiento económico
cercano al 10% anual, el cual ha sacado de la pobreza a 500 millones de
personas.
• Con una población de 1,300 millones de personas, China ha pasado a ser la
segunda mayor economía del mundo, jugando un rol cada día mas importante
en la economía mundial.
• No obstante China continúa siendo un país en desarrollo, con un ingreso per
cápita apenas una fracción del de economías desarrolladas, con 99 millones
de personas aún viviendo bajo la línea de pobreza de RMB 2,300 por año a
finales del 2012. Con la segunda mayor población pobre en el mundo luego
de India, la reducción de la pobreza continúa siendo un desafío fundamental.

• la Reserva Federal en Estados Unidos ha reportado en las últimas dos semanas que si la economía Americana continua mostrando síntomas de recuperación en cuanto a desempleo e inflación la tasa de interés se incrementara por primera vez en Diciembre, lo cual no ha sucedido desde el 2006.

• La evolución del dólar contra otras monedas continuará afectando los precios de los trigos y otros commodities
• De China depende en gran parte la evolución de las economías
• No esperemos tranquilamente un CUARTO año consecutivo de buen clima
• Alza de la tasa de interés en los Estados Unidos dentro del próximo año
