1. GENERALIDADES
1.1 Descripción
Osciloscopio digital con una amplia variedad de aplicaciones, como pruebas de producción, investigación, y verificación de campo.
Su monitor LCD color permite una perfecta visualización de las señales y valores en pantalla.
Los conectores USB incorporados permiten la conexión remota con el PC así como la conexión de memorias tipo USB e impresoras.
Características generales son:
• Amplio rango de funcionamiento: ancho de banda de 100MHz a 200MHz, 2 o 4 canales
• Alta velocidad de muestreo: hasta 1GS/s en tiempo real, 25GS/s tiempo equivalente.
• Pantalla: pantalla TFT en color de 5.6 pulgadas. amplio ángulo de visión, 8 x 12 divisiones de forma de onda.

2. PRESCRIPCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
2.1 Generales
* La seguridad puede verse comprometida si no se aplican las instrucciones dadas en este Manual.
* Cuando esté conectado a la red ,utilizar el equipo solamente en sistemas o aparatos con el negativo de medida conectado al potencial de tierra.
* Cuando funcione desconectado de red, utilizar el equipo solamente en sistemas o aparatos con el negativo de medida conectado a tensiones no peligrosas respecto al potencial de tierra.
* Este es un equipo de clase I, por razones de seguridad debe conectarse a líneas de suministro con la correspondiente toma de tierra.
* Este equipo puede ser utilizado en instalaciones con Categoría de Sobretensión II y ambientes con Grado de Polución 1 (Ver 2.3).
* Al emplear cualquiera de los siguientes accesorios debe hacerse sólo con los tipos especificados a fin de preservar la seguridad.

2.2 Precauciones específicas 2.2.1 Utilización
PRECAUCIÓN
• No coloque ningún objeto pesado sobre el instrumento.
• Evite golpes o un manejo descuidado que puedan dañar el instrumento.
• Observe las precauciones específicas frente a descargas electrostáticas al manejar o conectar el instrumento.
• No conecte cables directamente a los conectores del instrumento, utilice sólo los conectores o adaptadores correspondientes.
2.2.2 Entrada de alimentación (AC Power)
PRECAUCIÓN
• Antes de conectar el equipo por primera vez a la red asegúrese de que se encuentra instalado un fusible del tipo correspondiente:

2.2.3 Radio interferencia
ATENCIÓN
Este es un producto de clase A. En un entorno doméstico puede producir radio interferencias, en cuyo caso el usuario deberá tomar las medidas adecuadas.

5. TECLAS DE FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES.
Tecla Acquire: Permite configurar el modo de adquisición.
Tecla Display: Permite configurar los ajustes de pantalla.
Tecla Utility: Permite configurar los ajustes del sistema, ejecuta el test Pasa-No Pasa, permite la impresión y la transferencia de datos, junto con la Tecla Hardcopy. También activa la función de calibración.
Tecla Program y Tecla Auto test/Stop: Sirven para Programar y Ejecutar, respectivamente.
Tecla Cursor: Permite configurar los cursores horizontal y vertical.
Tecla Measure: Permite configurar y realizar medidas automáticas.
Tecla Help: Muestra la ayuda incorporada.
Tecla Save/Recall: Guarda y recupera imágenes, formas de onda y ajustes usando almacenaje USB o la memoria interna.
Tecla Auto Set: Auto-configura los parámetros del equipo en función de la señal, o señales, de entrada para su correcta visualización en pantalla.
Tecla Run/Stop: Activa/Para el proceso de adquisición de señal “congelado”la última señal adquirida en pantalla.
6. TECLA DE MENÚ DE DISPARO (TRIGGER).
Configura los ajustes de disparo.
7. MANDO DE NIVEL DE DISPARO.
Establece el nivel de disparo: lo aumenta (en el sentido de las agujas del reloj) o lo disminuye (en sentido contrario).
8. TECLA DE MENÚ HORIZONTAL.
Configura la vista horizontal.
9. MANDO DE POSICIÓN HORIZONTAL.
Mueve la forma de onda hacia la derecha (en el sentido de las agujas del reloj) o hacia la izquierda (en sentido contrario).
10. MANDO TIME/DIV. Configura la escala horizontal: paso fino (en el sentido de las agujas del reloj) o paso grueso (en sentido contrario).nivel de disparo (TRIG).

Mueve la forma de onda hacia arriba (en el sentido de las agujas del reloj) o hacia abajo (en sentido contrario).

Configura la vista vertical de cada canal.
13. MANDOS VOLTS/DIV. Configura la escala vertical de cada canal: paso fino (en el sentido de las agujas del reloj) o paso grueso (en sentido contrario).

5. CONFIGURACION DE PARAMETROS
5.1 ADQUISICIÓN
El proceso de adquisición muestrea la señal de entrada analógica y la convierte a formato digital, para reconstruirla más tarde en una forma de onda.

1. Pulse la tecla Acquire. Seleccione el modo de adquisición entre F1~F3
y pulse la tecla correspondiente. El icono de adquisición en la esquina derecha superior de la pantalla cambiará de según la elección.
2. (Para modo Promedio) Para seleccionar el número de muestras, pulse F3 repetidamente.
Modos de adquisición:
Normal Toda la información sobre adquisición se usa para dibujar la forma de onda.
Detección de picos Los valores mínimo y máximo de cada intervalo de adquisición son almacenados. Este modo sirve para detectar anomalías en la señal.

Selecciona las diversas mediciones por cursores. Los cursores verticales miden tiempo; los cursores horizontales miden tensión. Tanto para los cursores verticales como para los horizontales la lectura del cursor T1 y T2 (V1 y V2) indican la medida relativa del cursor seleccionado respecto al centro horizontal (o vertical) de la retícula LCD; el símbolo de lectura ∆ indica la distancia (tiempo o tensión) entre los dos cursores. 5.3.1 Seleccionar el tipo de cursor horizontal

Run/Stop
Adquiere continuamente formas de onda o detiene la adquisición. Pulse la tecla RUN/STOP para iniciar o detener la adquisición de formas de onda.
Pulse también RUN/STOP cuando quiera reanudar la adquisición continua después de una única adquisición.
El estado de la adquisición se muestra en la esquina superior derecha de la pantalla. Mientras se realiza una adquisición, la forma de onda aparece en pantalla. Al parar la adquisición (pulsando la tecla RUN/STOP) la pantalla se congela. En ambos casos, la forma de onda en pantalla puede ser reajustada con los mandos horizontales.

La función avanzada modo Programa permite que el osciloscopio recuerde ciertos pasos y que reproduzca todos los pasos guardados. El modo Programa tiene dos clases de operación principales: Editar y Reproducir. El usuario puede editar los pasos de operación que prefiera y reproducir todos los pasos más tarde.

Item Menú: Selecciona qué menú aparecerá en la pantalla LCD para el paso actual. Sólo pueden verse dos menús durante “Program Mode”, son los menús de “measurement” (medición) y “cursor”. Gire el mando VARIABLE para seleccionar la visualización del menú que prefiera.
Item Tiempo: Selecciona el tiempo de parada. Margen seleccionable: 1~99 segundos. O espera a que el usuario pulse el botón Run / Stop y para la reproducción del paso actual.
4. Para guardar el Paso editado, pulse F5.
5. Repita lo anterior para los otros pasos.

6.5.4 Disparo por retardo. (Disparo avanzado) (Disponible sólo en modelos 2CH)
El sistema de disparo avanzado incluye una señal de disparo inicial y una segunda fuente de disparo (disparo principal). La señal de disparo inicial se genera a partir del disparo externo. Al usar el sistema de disparo avanzado, el usuario puede retardar la adquisición de una forma de onda y definir ese tiempo de retardo, o bien definir el número de eventos de disparo posteriores a una señal de disparo inicial. Las teclas programables F2, F3, y F4 permiten seleccionar tres modalidades de disparo avanzado: Por tiempo, Por evento, y TTL / ECL / USUARIO.

9. LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
Las tareas de mantenimiento que puede efectuar el usuario del OD-590/91/92 se indican en este apartado. Para tareas más complejas (por ej., operaciones que impliquen reparaciones o ajustes dentro del instrumento) diríjase a nuestro servicio técnico.
Limpieza • Desconecte el cable de red antes de limpiar el instrumento.
• Use una gamuza suave humedecida con una solución de detergente y agua. No aplique aerosoles a la unidad.
• No use productos químicos o limpiadores que contengan benceno, tolueno, xylene, acetona u otros productos químicos agresivos.
Mantenimiento Instalación / Sustitución de la batería
La opción a batería recargable debe ser instalada o sustituida en fábrica o por un Servicio Técnico autorizado
La batería solo debe ser manipulada por personal especializado ya que puede llegar a presentar, en caso de ser maltratada severamente, riesgo de fuego o quemadura química.

El portafusibles está situado en el panel posterior en la de la base de red.
Antes de sustituir el fusible desconectar el cable de red.
Mediante un destornillador apropiado extraer la tapita portafusibles.

5.3 CURSOR
Select the different cursor measurement. Vertical cursors measure time; horizontal cursors measure voltage. For both vertical and horizontal cursors, the cursor readout T1 and T2 (V1 and V2) show the selected cursor relative to the centre horizontal (or vertical) LCD graticule; the readout ∆ symbol indicates the distance (time or voltage) between of two cursors. 5.3.1 Select the horizontal cursor type.

Run/Stop
Continuously acquires waveforms or stops the acquisition. Press the RUN/STOP button in order to start and stop the waveforms acquisition.
And also press the RUN/STOP button when you want to resume continuous acquisition after a “single shot” acquisition.
The status of the acquisition is shown on the top right corner. While the acquisition is running, the waveform display is live. Stopping the acquisition (when push the RUN/STOP button) freezes the display. In either mode, the waveform display can be scaled with the horizontal controls.

6.4 Program and Play
The advance “Program mode” function is able to let oscilloscope to remember certain steps and replay all the saved steps. There are two main operating classes for “Program mode”: Edit and Play. Users can edit preferred operating steps and replay all of the saved steps afterward.

3. Select the conditions for each step. Press the F3 softkey continually to select three different conditions: Item Memory, Item Menu, and Item Time.
Item Memory: Select one of the pre-saved waveform from fifteen internal memory sets. Rotates the VARIABLE knob to pick proper memory set. The pre-saved memory is available from memory 1 to memory 20 (M1~M20).
Item Menu: Select which menu to be shown on the LCD panel for present step running. Only two menus can be displayed during “Program Mode” running, the two menus are measurement and cursor menu. Rotates the VARIABLE knob to select preferred display menu.
Item Time: Select the time of stop. The selectable range: 1~99 seconds. Or wait users to press Run / Stop pushbutton and stop the present replaying step.
4. To save the edited step, press F5.
5. Repeat the above for the other steps.

9. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Maintenance routines performable by the OD-590, OD-591, OD-592, operator are listed in this section. More advanced routines (i.e., procedures involving repairs or adjustments within the instrument) should be referred to our customer service.
Cleaning • Disconnect AC Power Cord from the instrument before cleaning.
• Use a soft cloth dampened in a solution of mild detergent and water. Do not spray any liquid into the unit.
• Do not use chemicals or cleaners containing benzene, toluene, xylene, acetone or other harsh chemicals.
Maintenance Battery Option Installation / Battery replacement
The rechargeable battery option must be installed or replaced by qualified personnel in Promax or by an authorized Service Center.
The battery must be handled only by qualified personnel since it could present a burn risk or chemical scald if it is bad handled.

Mains fuse replacement
The fuseholder is located on the rear panel close to the power cord connector.
Before replacing the fuse you must disconnect the power cord.
By means of a suitable screwdriver to extract the fuseholder cover.
Replace the fuse damaged with another one of the following characteristics:
