Steel Packaging, the choice for the future
Partnership in co-design to promote innovation along the chain is a priority
End user: Multi-sized products, resealable, preserving product nutriments, long shelf life
Brand/Filler: Cost competitive, differentiation, safe to store and move, competitive alternatives
Can Makers: Cost competitive, lightweighted, with high production yield
Authorities: Eco-friendly, easy to recycle, safe for population and environment
Key expectations
1. Co-engineering to optimize material usage, increase functionnality & differentiation. Innovation / Eco-designed.
2. Cost competitiveness: local availability, short supply chain, high flexibility (TCO) and market adapted pricing, quality
3. Steel itself as permanent material: promote at EU level benefits of steel in circular economy and develop recycling
What are our levers?

Proyecto Maleis
