Ninguna lesión deportiva sería susceptible decuración únicamente por el uso del PRPEn lesiones musculares y tendinosas porsobrecarga el protocolo de readaptación es lomás importanteEn lesiones articulares y roturas tendinosastratadas quirúrgicamente la correctatécnica y la rehabilitación siguiente sonfundamentales
CONCLUSIONES
La terapia con PRP puede mejorar losresultados de los tratamientos convencionalesDebe continuarse investigando para conocersus posibilidades terapeúticas realesEstandarizar el proceso es básicoEn el momento actual no se puederecomendar su uso en las lesionesdeportivas de forma rutinaria
