DIAGNÓSTICO COMPLEMENTARIO Ultrasonografía
visualiza el rodete acetabular cartilaginoso.
Niño normal cubre el 60% de la cabeza femoral.
Patológico un 40%.

ESQUEMA DE OMBREDANE
Triada de Putti:
• Índice acetabular
< 30°.• Lateralización
afuera y arriba de cabeza femoral.
• Retraso osificación del núcleo de cabeza femoral
