Es la Ciencia de la Anatomía que estudia los músculos, sus clasificaciones en conjunto con sus elementos relacionados.

El cuerpo humano tiene mas de 650 músculos.
Los músculos se unen directa o indirectamente mediante tendones a los huesos.
Generalmente trabajan en pares antagónicos.
Aproximadamente el 40% del peso corporal corresponde a tejido corporal.
FUNCION DEL MUSCULO Movimiento. Postura o tono muscular. Producción de calor.
MUSCULOSÓrganos de movimiento. Formado por tejido muscular, blando y elástico, que dan forma al cuerpo.
