r e p e t i c i ó n d e t e r m i n a n d o q u e e n e l c a s o c o r r e s p o n d í a a c a t a r l o d i s p u e s t o e n e l f a l l o “ N e g r i ” y

d e e s t e m o d o r e s o l v i ó q u e s e e n c u e n t r a n e x e n t o s d e l t r i b u t o l o s m o n t o s a b o n a d o s c o n m o t i v o

d e l c e s e d e l v í n c u l o l a b o r a l p o r m u t u o a c u e r d o y c o m o “ g r a t i f i c a c i ó n p o r c e s e l a b o r a l ” . A t a l f i n
