Subscribe to “Unlimited Social Networking Service Plan” (flat monthly subscription

XIUS System identifies all traffic to facebook & LinkedIn from Laura and does not
count it against her monthly data volume quota.

Speed reset back to 1Mbps once congestion relieved.
