DescripcinLos cables de energa monopolares estn formados por un conductor dentral de aluminio aleacin 1350, temple duro compacto, con pantalla semiconductora sobre el conductor, aislamiento de polietileno de cadena cruzada XLPE y tambin con retardante a las arborescencias XLPE-RA, pantalla sobre el aislamiento extruda, con y sin cinta semiconductora bloqueadora de agua externa y cubiertas de Polietileno de Alta Densidad color negro con tres franjas rojas o de PVC color rojo.
1. Conductor Central:Conductor de aluminio aleacin 1350, temple duro compacto, clase B, bloqueado al paso longitudinal de agua mediante hilos bloqueadores u otros materiales bloqueadores.
2. Pantalla semiconductora sobre el conductor:Compuesto semiconductivo extrudo termoestable.
3. Aislamiento:Polietileno de cadena cruzada XPLE y XLPE-RA retardante a las arborescencias, extrudo en un proceso moderno de triple extrusin verdadera en seco. Nivel de aislamiento de 100 y 133 %.
4. Pantalla semiconductora interna sobre el aislamiento:Compuesto semiconductivo extrudo termoestable, con adecuada adhesin al aislamiento, lo cual lo hace fcil de pelar.
5. Cinta Bloqueadora de Humedad semiconductora internaAplicada helicoidalmente bajo la pantalla electrosttica, evitando la penetracin transversal de humedad.
6. Pantalla electrosttica metlicaAlambres de cobre desnudos suaves aplicados helicoidalmente. La seccin total asignada para cada calibre cumple con lo indicado en la norma NRF-024-CFE-2003.
7. Cinta Bloqueadora de Humedad no conductora externaAplicada helicoidalmente sobre la pantalla electrosttica, evitando la penetracin transversal de humedad.
8. Cubierta exterior:Cubierta de polietileno de alta densidad (PEAD) extruida en color negro con franjas rojas.
Aplicaciones:Estos cables son para uso en ambientes principalmente hmedos y son utilizados preferentemente en redes de distribucin de energa urbanas. Son adecuados para ser instalados galeras, en ductos, charolas o tuberas elctricas.

A partir de la seccin de 50 mm2 inclusive se ofrece laconfiguracin SECTORFLEX con conductor sectoral flexibleque, manteniendo idnticas prestaciones elctricas y losmismos terminales y accesorios convencionales que el cablecircular, consigue un menor dimetro y peso del cable,incrementando significativamente su manejabilidad y facilidadde instalacin.
