Admin Module: Admin can restrict and control over who can do what by assigning the privileges set. Admin can easily create labels which they need for saving a document, by creating the Profile for required set of indexing. Can make it mandatory for the operators to fill before and saving as well as can give operators selection list for a required label.
User Module: User can scan or import an image/ PDF file or even bulk import and index at a go. Once Scanned/ imported user can easily index the document with the predefined labels. The user can go for Search Print & exporting of the document any time at a click of Mouse Button. Manipulate the image just at click of the buttons, Rotate, Skew, Invert, Classify the pages and yes even follow up and track the follow-up history

Sample process: Centralization process for LoansLoan application is received by the CSR (Customer Support Representative) at the branch.CSR verifies the application and crosschecks the documents with the checklist.Enters the details in the system along with the scanned images of the documents.The system generates a Job-ID. CSR notes the ID on the application and also passes the ID to the customer for future reference.Immediately CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) or Branch Manager receives this Job for verification and authentication. CRM will review the job along with the documents, puts his comments and submits.This job is immediately sent to Central Operations wing (in Head Office or elsewhere).All the incoming jobs will form a queue and will be received by the COPS Loan processors.Depending upon the approval type, the jobs will be automatically routed once the Loan processor verifies the documents and puts his comments.If required the Loan processor will search the digitized Loan back files or returns the job to the branch for further details or information.The job goes through approval cycle management.Once approved, the job is routed to Transaction closure Executive to close the job.
