OBJETIVOS
Presentar un trabajo de investigación en el área de Tecnología de Alimentos. Explorar la posibilidad de establecer actividades de colaboración con miembros de universidades y empresas que participen de esta conferencia. Actualizar los conocimientos en el área de Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos, de manera de difundir en el aula de clases.

ASPECTOS RELEVANTES EN EL DESARROLLO DE LA ACTIVIDAD
Se presentó el trabajo de investigación el día lunes 18 de agosto de 12:40-13:25, pero el mismo se mantuvo expuesto durante todo el día. Se conversó con la Dra. Paula Matumoto Pintro de la Universidad del Estado de Maringá en Brasil sobre temas en los que se podría establecer colaboración e ideas de investigación.
RESULTADOS OBTENIDOS (Contacto con futuros expositores, becas, firma de convenio, etc.)
Colaboración internacional e intercambio de experiencias y discusiones productivas entre renombrados investigadores, tanto de las diversas academias participantes, centros de investigación y empresas del sector de la industria de la Tecnología de Alimentos.
CONCLUSIONES
La participación en el 17th World Congress of Food Science and Technology & Expo ha sido relevante debido a la presentación de un proyecto de investigación que se lleva a cabo en la UTP, en el área de Ingeniería en Alimentos por estudiantes de la Facultad de
