En un entorno de crisis e incertidumbre, las organizaciones estan sometidas a grandes presiones competitivas y a un incremento del nivel de exigencia por parte de los diferentes mercados. Dicha situación ha frenado la incorporación de talento. A esto hay que sumar que las decisiones tomadas en estos dos últimos años, han generado una “brecha emocional” entre empleado y organización.
