y hablaron
“gracias, ahora somos libres”
y esparcieron el mal en la maceta.

CODIGO PARA UN MANIFIESTO
Kandinsky nos gira a la
búsqueda, nos arran-
ca de la silla y nos
expele a lo , nos
embrutece, nos salvaji-
za, nos agrupa.
Yo soy insignificante
y mi tierra cae para va-
porizarse y resonar,
comprender mi posición
9
ya es una posición res-
pecto al suelo. Las
cosas se aplastan, se
deshacen unas contra
otras en un plano sin
profundidad desgasta-
do. Y estamos abandona-

CODE FOR A MANIFEST
Kandinsky turns us on the hunt, he roots us out
of our chair and ejects us towards the , stulti-
fying us, making us wild, grouping us.
I am insignificant and my earth falls to vaporise and
resound. Grasping my position is in itself a position
from that ground. Things flatten out, they melt one
against each other in a frayed, depthless map. We are
abandoned in the helplessness of a verticality with an
uncertain expiration date which will nevertheless arrive.
We return to the suspiciously bright, flat, blind spot.
We meet Kandinsky again and others will find our trail.
They will translate it into their languages and rape all
the facts, even the most extensively described. Even the
least challenging ones will become weapons for new
manifests. Because even though the earth is still falling,
shattering on the ground, there will be new hands to push
it, and others to receive its reflection.
Not wanting to do poetry, this dictionary is still described with
rythm and replica, useful movements to understand
the capacity for creating void of a cave like this.

Yo soy insignificante y mi tierra cae para vaporizarse

Curtain.
Words that seem to emerge from the mouth of the stage
Oh night, who hath enclosed in thy dark breastand in obscurity a deed so great, since of the Light od day and of a crowdedtheatre feats so memorable are worthy, grant that I may illuminate them thus, transmitting them to future generations.thus shall their frame endure, their noble storyconquer the gloom of night, shining the glory.
Introduction
19
Acto I
22
Open stage, no scenery.
A hoarse sound, beaten, mechanical.
Echoes after the roar, then silence. The orchestra
leaves the instruments and recites these words:
Fields tune The light, the sea with no name And the storm disappears We were in the middle of nothing
Act I
23
24
Surrounding an area in blocks of transparent
colors. Isolated volumes marking distances with
respect to the point of view. Contrast and edge lines
where the masses come together. Some high notes
permeate the surface, with its smooth touches like
thin petals carpeting a flat prism.
A snaking line straight and flat to one side of the sce-
ne, turning sharply to the other. It rises a few degrees,
the rotation is unpredictable. Four giants with weightless
bodies advance along the path at the same pace.
The musical character is rough, but fresh sensations
deepen in the environment. A point of flashing dark
crosses diagonally. A child on his tiptoe comes toward
backstage, turns around. He wears a white shirt with
the word:
Interlude.
Act II
25
Interludio
28
We’ve hit the mark, and this silence is where
we are.

32
On the threshold of the background light,
light rain dripping, flashing and constant. The songs
still flow from the heads of a chorus beneath the
public, it is submerged below the stage. The voices
seep from the ground like vapors.
Voices:
Shots golden rain Water clouding metallic iris Falling hopelessly bright chancesIn frantic drops Breaking everywhere Swirling and dispersed.Rain this morning clear and gray
Then the space is broken by a deep rhythm, neutral
tone, blue. The chorus cries insistently, guttural inci-
sions occur.
Act III (above and below the viewer)
33
34
A placid singing appears, it’s coming from the center
of the auditorium:
Often, loaded with iron, in the dark shade,I march full of hope wherever desire may guide me,And I endure such hardships.
The tenor tunes the subtle sound with a ductile voice,
He brings it back, then pushes it away, with broken
emphasis and winding turns, slowly here, suddenly there.
And sometimes it murmurs, a grave and movable
sound, and alternating fugues and pauses and placid
breathing, now it retains it, and then liberates it, now
it squeezes it, breaks it and restrains it, now it flings
it like an arrow and it vibrates, then it turns it around
and around, sometimes it trembles and wavers, some-
times it comes out firm and strong.
35
37
38
Just then an opaque orange wall rises to
the public, the architectural surface is straight and
compact. It forces to cast a horizontal gaze.
Inside the wall grows a lush garden with a pond in
its center. The fish that swim in different directions
sing tunes with a clear chorus.
Oh, she answer not.Oh, more deaf is she to my lament than an asp!Oh clouds, oh turbulence, oh winds, plunge her beneath the waves.Hasten, whales and sea lions, and with your unholy limbsFill the deep abysses!
While they repeat the verses they contort randomly,
drawing graceful movements. Their dance is slow,
quiet, aimless. They intertwine to the rhythm swaying
their bodies.
Act IV
39
dibujando elegantes movimientos. Su baile es lento,
despacio, sin rumbo fijo. Se entrelazan al compás
balanceando los cuerpos.
Acto IV

A woman, sitting down, observes the scene
in the foreground. A black cat cuts across. The woman
says, with a pale voice:
Bunker Howl Ash thought.
Rude fire Clash of forces.
Growl first.
Pause.
Continues.
Because ultimately, had to feel what I feel. All the
path that led me here, It has been speaking me in
an incomprehensible language, encryption.
I feel, I consider, I sense I run the curtains of the
shadows, the better to see this picture. In front of my
crystal sight, I pour my delusions. And the scenery
appears beautiful.
Act V
47
Frente a mi vista
cristalina, vierto mis engaños. Y el paisaje que aparece
es bello.
Acto V
49
Acto VI
50
A swarm of sounds similar to coughs emerges
in a theater box. They form a compact but shapeless
block. Suddenly we can hear from a swamp ‘croak croak croak’, a party out back.
A cavity in the stone
Water reflections, autonomy without an instant. It has
been raining and a harmonious arc has been built.
Its halo frames the profiles of the flowers. Some of
them look sideways, distrustful, strengthened by those
who protect them. They would like to say something
but don’t.
Characters with hard faces surround with their bodies
the giants with white eyes.
There is a house where an image comes through from
one side to the other, the windows put up resistance.
Act VI
52
The stage is crowded, submerged into a chaos
of light and sounds. Volumes are transformed into un-
consciousness.
Sensations become tiny, almost invisible. Time passes.
Few vibrations. Loss of power reflected in the apathetic
gestures of giants. They declaim in unison:
“VOICES VERTEX VORTEX”
From time to time they jump euphorically with their
fingers pointed, then they fall quietly, in slow motion.
Then they die.
Finally, they disappear.
Act VII
53
Finalmente desaparecen.
Acto VII
54
55
6vimos un caballero azul en la montaña
vimos un ogro verde
tocaban harpas y los ruiseñores bailaban
pero uno, invisible, cayó en el rio.
saw a Blue Knight on the mountain
saw a green ogre
harps played and danced nightingales
but one, invisible, fell into the river.
56
The narrator is present.
LogicallyWe live surrounded by questions which increase in our heads with a boundless voltage.
The wind strikes with its burnt voice, crunched, grey
and crystalized. Its tone is faint, like a whisper, like an
exclaimed voice, final.
A murmur of leaves caressing, clapping, swaying from
side to side.
59

y yo, vuelto fuego, me estremecí y mis ojos volvieron a arder.
at the intersection, which occurs,
I always thought that the monkey knows the answers,
so one day I decided to talk to him.
ask and I stared at the monkey
then I became stone, mountain,
[ bear in groc,
in red horse
back home everything had changed,
the sea was now a lake, forest, tree,
and I returned fire, I shuddered and turned my eyes to burn.

This libretto is the result of a scene and sound compo-
sition created between April and June 2012.
This libretto, Groc, offers instructions for the scene, and
at the same time is an scenographic object. Its objective
is not only to be live performed but also to be projected
into the viewer’s imagination.
Go through this pages, listen to them.
It has been written to be performed, analyzed thoroughly
or extended by the reader and we hope it can serve as a
starting point for new scripts and covers.
We start from Sonoridad Amarilla, a Kandinsky´s text
published at the almanac “Der Gelbe Klang” (Blaue Rider)
by Franz Marc and himself. Our research leads to the
creation of a new text, which turns us into librettists.
Hoping you will enjoy it every time you come to the
pages of this theater,
Dear audience

AVISO
azul), creado junto a Franz Marc.
Estimada audiencia.

Inner meditation. Free prayer
Father,
I should not write to you now, in this diffused, confused, vague, foggy moment. (These are words that bloom in this lonely dialogue with this God of mine, whom I do not call to or claim, whom I do not search for, but whom I know is
listening). Obstinate.
We sometimes find ourselves in sounds, when there is time predisposed. We breathe in contact with others, influences transform ourselves and we find sense in this intimacy. One.
Ancient Father of heaven and oceans, of destroying volca-nos. Father, You that are in charge of so much injustice, you
leave us so lonely up here. How sad you must feel, too.
We do not know if we should set along towards You. You, as an example of life and death, You never abandon us. You do not let us live or die any other way. Where to find a Golden Strength. A whole generation marked by
the unmerciful guideline of ignorance.
Throughout time it has been the same all over again= the puzzling. Nobody recognizes themselves in what they have touched. The unknown and foreign are found
in the inside. Ghostly face, there is no answer to this shock.
And protect Yellow Sound

Reflexión interior. Oración libre
Padre,
Hacia tí no sabemos si encaminarnos.
Y protege a Sonoridad Amarilla.
