We provide integral services for cargo interest in General Average cases, ranging from the release of the cargo anywhere in the world to coverage analysis under the policy and initiating recovery actions against third parties.
As for the contribution defense and for the recovery service, we work as well as for most of
our services on an attractive no cure – no pay basis.
We are adapted to work with insurance companies worldwide. If required, we provide free of charge monthly estimations of the assigned recovery actions.

Our services decrease the loss ratio of the insurance industry via better results in recovery actions. Decreasing the loss ratio also improves insured’s customer satisfaction as the higher the recovery achieved, the more competitive the premium of the insurance policy will be next term.
We aim to provide our recovery services on a “release and forget” basis. Once you send to us the relevant documents of a claim, all you will get back are results in terms of a settlement for a cargo loss you have paid out.
We have a proven record in recovering losses occurred during road transport, for instance due to robbery or accident.

Success stories During discharge, it was noted cargo in one hold got wet, resulting in damages. Such damages were fi rstly mitigated by salvage of the damaged cargo, decreasing loss for our client in more than 50%.
After such salvage was achieved, recovery action against the carrier was pursued. After rejection of liability from the side of the carrier in the fi rst place, it was later evidenced with the help
of technical experts contacted that wetting was partly due to the crew members washing the hold prior to loading and the water coming into the manhole, staying in there and leaking slowly after completion of loading operations.
