PRCTICO: Teniendo en cuenta las siguientes actividades o situaciones en elproceso de arreglo de motores de Ventiladores (Motor Quemado)Realizar las representaciones grficas de GANTT y PERT CPM; colocar la flecha ,sobre ella el tiempo el sentido y donde termina el cdigo de la actividad, se pide:

a) Elaborar la grfica GANTT.b) Sealar el camino crtico y explicar su significado.c) Calcular los tiempos muertos y Camino Crtico (con otro color) de la situacin
